Real Estate IoT is looking for a strategic HR intern to assist in recruitment and HR operations. This internship is perfect for MBA or Master’s students with a focus on HR, talent acquisition, or organizational development who want to gain exposure to HR strategy and talent management within a tech company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in talent acquisition processes, including job posting, candidate sourcing, and interview scheduling.
  • Help create and manage employee onboarding materials and support the orientation process.
  • Contribute to HR strategic initiatives by supporting data analysis for employee engagement and performance metrics.
  • Assist in creating HR reports and presentations for senior leadership.
  • Support employee development programs and HR projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Current MBA or Master’s student in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Good communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Interest in HR strategy, talent acquisition, and employee development.
