As an HR Partner Recruit & Talent Sourcing Intern, you will assist in sourcing HR partners and candidates for various roles at Real Estate IoT. This internship is ideal for MBA and Master’s students interested in recruitment strategies, vendor management, and HR operations within a growing technology company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and identify potential external HR partners, such as recruitment agencies and staffing firms.
  • Support recruitment efforts by helping to screen candidates, schedule interviews, and manage candidate communication.
  • Assist in creating talent pipelines and maintaining relationships with HR partners.
  • Help streamline the recruitment process by ensuring smooth coordination between hiring managers and external partners.
  • Contribute to the development of talent sourcing strategies and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Current MBA or Master’s student in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Good research, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Familiarity in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Interest in recruitment, HR partnerships, and talent sourcing strategies.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
